    1. ORDER PROCESSING

    Orders are generally processed within 2 business days at our warehouse in Jaipur before being shipped.

    If a product is under production or requires additional processing time, the processing period may be longer. In such cases, we will inform you through the contact information provided with your order.

    2. SHIPPING CHARGES

    Shipping charges may vary depending on the product, its size and volume, packaging requirements and the delivery destination.

    The applicable shipping and handling charges will be displayed at checkout after you provide your shipping address.

    3. DELIVERY ADDRESS

    Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of checkout.

    Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the PIN code and a valid contact number, to help ensure successful and timely delivery.

    Our delivery partners may attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery is unsuccessful after the applicable attempts, the package may be returned to us.

    4. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

    Orders within India are generally delivered within 15–20 business days after order processing.

    Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather conditions, operational circumstances and other factors beyond our reasonable control.

    5. ORDER CANCELLATION

    Prepaid orders may not be eligible for cancellation once the order has been processed or shipped.

    6. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

    If an order contains multiple products, the products may be delivered in separate shipments depending on product availability, warehouse processing and logistics arrangements.

    You may therefore receive your products at different times.

    Although we make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated delivery period, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

    International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, local taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

    These charges vary depending on the destination country and cannot always be calculated in advance.

    Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

    Such charges may be collected directly by the relevant customs authority, courier or shipping agency.
